JSW Energy Limited Divident announcement

JSW Energy Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2017, has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 0.50 per Equity Share of Rs.10 each (5%), on the paid up Equity Capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further the Dividend shall be paid on or before August 11, 2017.
