Alicon Castalloy Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of
Directors of the Company in their meeting held on April 29, 2017, has
declared dividend @85% for the F.Y. 2016-17, has granted 60,000 stock
options under Esop scheme - 2015 and approved the Alicon Employe Stock
Option Scheme 2017.
